There is television darts — complete concentration, perfect technique and people calculating averages in their heads. And then there is darts at The Room.
One friend insists they know the rules. Another suddenly becomes incredibly competitive. Someone hits their best throw of the evening completely by accident — and everybody acts like they just won a world championship. That is the kind of darts night we like.
Darts for groups, dates and nights out in Malta
Darts works particularly well when you want to do more than simply sit around a table. Come for a night with friends, after-work drinks, birthdays, date nights, company and team nights, friendly competitions or a few games before heading further into St. Julian’s.
No previous darts experience is necessary. Beginners and experienced players are equally welcome.
Three Winmau dartboards at The Room
The Room has three Winmau dartboards in St. Julian’s, giving groups the opportunity to play against friends and colleagues. Winmau is one of the best-known names in darts equipment — suitable for casual players and people who take their checkout combinations a little more seriously.
Darts tournaments in Malta are planned
We are planning darts tournaments and special darts events at The Room by Jungle Joy. The goal is to bring local players, expats, visitors and complete beginners together to play and compete in a relaxed atmosphere.

Drinks and food while you play
The Room is a bar without a kitchen. Order drinks from us and bring food from Carob Tree Food Court. Play a round, order another drink and demand a rematch.
Darts works equally well as the main event of the evening or as the starting point for a night out in St. Julian’s.
Darts near Paceville and Sliema
The Room by Jungle Joy is at Spinola Park in St. Julian’s, Malta, close to Spinola Bay and Paceville and easy to reach from Sliema. It is an indoor activity for friends and groups exploring St. Julian’s.

Do I need to book darts at The Room?
Walk-ins are welcome when boards are available. For groups, birthdays, company events or busy evenings, planning ahead with us is recommended. A table reservation does not automatically guarantee a dartboard.
Can beginners play?
Absolutely. You do not need league experience, your own darts or an encyclopaedic knowledge of 501. Beginners and casual players are just as welcome as experienced players.
Can groups play darts at The Room?
Yes. With three dartboards, darts is a social activity for friends, birthdays and work nights.
Are darts tournaments planned?
Yes. Darts tournaments and special events are planned at The Room by Jungle Joy in Malta. Dates and further details will be announced separately.
